Madison was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I am a first-time home buyer and had zero experience with the process. She guided me through every step along the way. Early in the process any trepidation I had about making a mistake was replaced by the trust I had in her knowledge and experience. Madison was very available and adjusted so I could look at homes morning or evening depending on my schedule. Everyone at Niles Realty Group were very helpful when I had dealing with them. I’ll mention one other thing that folks may be interested in. My credit union didn’t think they could complete the loan approval by the closing date. They had over 30 days to work with. When I informed Madison of this, she mentioned her brother in-law Bradley Niles worked on loans. With no certainty that I would use him, Bradley put together a package in about ten days. A week before the closing date. With a better rate! If I ever have need again, Madison and the Niles Realty Group are the folks that I will turn to.

Highly recommend NRG!! Madison helped us sell our house in Mansfield in a short amount of time, hosting an open house immediately. She made some great recommendations of minor things to do that were important for buyers and even had great resources for people to do some of the work we needed done.

Madison & Travis came to our place within one day of notification. Madison had the property listed quickly, had pictures/video taken and we were showing our condo within days of initial contact. The scheduled showings went smoothly-over 25 in a week and it sold for more than asking price. Wish I had more places for them to sell!

Kim is just a fantastic realtor. She was there for us from start to finish, helping us find a home from half way across the country. Very pleased with NRG’s professionalism as well as Madison’s personal touch in all aspects of selling a home, she was able to advise, help with staging, which I feel helps a lot and answered all questions or concerns very promptly. Highly recommend working with NRG for realty in the DFW area. Kim was very attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable.
